Service Description
Templatr is a professional PDF generation SaaS platform that transforms your HTML templates into high-quality PDF documents. Our service offers an advanced template engine with variable substitution and loops, complete API integration with secure authentication, AI-powered template generation, and secure cloud storage for your documents.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for:
- Generating illegal, fraudulent or deceptive documents
- Distributing viruses, malware or malicious code through templates or PDFs
- Violating intellectual property rights of others in your templates
- Mass generating PDFs for spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempting to circumvent monthly quotas or plan limitations
- Intentionally overloading our infrastructure or performing DDoS attacks
- Extracting or scraping data from other users
- Using the service for phishing or identity theft activities
Intellectual Property
Templatr and its original content remain the exclusive property of Templatr and its licensors.
You retain all rights to the content you create using our service.
Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Billing
We offer four plans: Free (10 PDFs/month), Basic ($9/month - 1000 PDFs), Pro ($29/month - 5000 PDFs), and Enterprise ($99/month - 10000 PDFs). Payments are securely processed.
Payments are non-refundable. Unused quotas do not roll over to the next month.
You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templatr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Paris.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
